For Youth: Our youth services emphasize the importance of staying active through fun and engaging water-based activities. From Swim Lessons to Surf Coaching, we offer a variety of programs that promote physical fitness, improve coordination, and boost confidence. Our goal is to equip young people with the knowledge and skills they need to lead an active lifestyle, setting them up for a bright and successful future.
For Seniors: Our senior services focus on the benefits of low-impact water exercises. Services like Aqua Balance and Paddle Strong are perfect for enhancing mobility, reducing joint pain, and improving cardiovascular health. Our dedicated coaches collaborate with you to enhance your independence, vitality, and overall well-being, all within the calming and supportive environment of the water.

Surf Coaching
We are not a surf school and Intro to Surfing is not a traditional surf lesson.
Surfing with purpose: Surfing isn’t just about riding waves; it’s a thrilling journey of discovery. At our sessions, we dive into the secrets of the ocean, learn to respect the environment, and nurture our bodies. We kick things off on land, mastering weather signs, paddling techniques, and safe wipeouts. When the time is right, we hit the water and bring those skills to life.
Every step is designed to build not just technical ability, but lasting confidence, resilience, and self-trust; on the board and far beyond it.



Session Format (1–2 Participants): The land portion is completed together, followed by one-on-one time in the water. For groups larger than two, please contact us directly to discuss custom options.
Swim Lessons
Swim lessons with a twist: Whether they’re dipping their toes in the pool or venturing into the vast ocean, our sessions equip young swimmers with essential water safety skills and ocean awareness. In pool-based lessons, we intentionally relate each activity back to real ocean scenarios; building confidence, adaptability, and respect for the ocean’s rhythms. From back floating to treading water and mastering strokes, every skill is taught with purpose: to nurture capable, curious, and ocean-ready kids.

Session Format (1–2 Participants): Session are offered at your private pool or resort. For two participants, session time is thoughtfully divided based on age, individual needs, and moment-to-moment energy. For groups larger than two, please contact us directly to discuss custom options.
Kid’s Oceanography
Science meets surf: Young explorers dive into thrilling, ocean-based adventures through hands-on experiments and interactive activities. They learn about tides, waves, and ocean creatures, discovering the dynamic forces that shape our seas and the incredible biodiversity beneath the surface. Perfect for budding scientists and curious ocean lovers, this program blends fun with purpose; fostering a deeper understanding and lasting appreciation for our blue planet.


Enhance the adventure: Add 45 minutes of Kid’s Oceanography to any pool or ocean session to deepen curiosity and spark discovery.
Swell Seniors (ages 55-75)
If chronic conditions are present, client must be cleared by physician for
moderate intensity exercise to participate.

Movement that feels good, builds strength, and deepens connection to the water.
Aqua Balance
Aqua Balance is a dynamic water fitness class, focusing on enhancing balance, strength, and overall mobility. Utilizing webbed gloves, participants engage in resistance training that leverages the natural resistance of water to build muscle and improve joint flexibility.

Swing Safe

Our specialized program for golfers combines both water and land exercises to enhance mobility and elevate their game. In the water, we utilize low-impact exercises that improve flexibility and joint mobility, reducing the risk of injury while promoting a full range of motion. On land, our tailored routines focus on strength, balance, and coordination, essential for a powerful and consistent golf swing. By integrating these two approaches, golfers can achieve better posture, increased swing speed, and overall improved performance on the course.



Paddle Strong

Paddle Strong is a specialized program designed for adults who enjoy outrigger canoeing, whether competitively or recreationally. This service focuses on protecting the lower back and shoulders, which are common areas of concern for paddlers. Through a combination of tailored strength training, flexibility exercises, and proper paddling techniques, Paddle Strong aims to enhance performance while minimizing the risk of injury.

Grocery stores are designed to make you spend more money, and it can be difficult to navigate the aisles and make informed choices. That’s why it’s important to have a plan before you go shopping. Reading food labels and buying in bulk can also help you make decisions and save money. While we may no longer be hunting and gathering in the traditional sense, we are still navigating a complex terrain in our daily lives.
